MISSION

"Communities That Care" Clarence-Rockland is a gathering of different partners whose goal is to make a difference in the lives of youth, their families and their community through prevention activities.

Together, we have the well-being of all youth of Clarence-Rockland at heart.

VISION

In order to improve the quality of life of our youth, "Communities That Care" program is committed to promoting the sense of ownership and to gather young people, their parents and their community by:

• implementing one or two appropriate prevention programmes;
• creating opportunities for youth to participate in their community;
• promoting recognition of CTC in the city of Clarence-Rockland.
